Hotel  Al Caminetto

   This charming hotel, run by a friendly Italian family, is situated in the middle of Valtournenche, famous summer and winter resort. The hotel is far 50 meters from the swimming pool and the sports centre with a big car park. Only 1 km far from the town you can find the cableway "CIME BIANCHE", a connection to the ski resort of Breuil-Cervinia and Zermatt (350 km of ski runs around the MATTERHORN).Completely refurnished all rooms have private bathroom with hairdryer, telephone and television, most of them have a sunny balcony too. A nice garden is situated at the back of the hotel. The cuisine is personally cared by the Farina family.

The tourism is the main activity both winter and summer it is surrounded by the most beautiful mountains in the Alps.
Valtournenche boasts famous guide is a current time; in the square dedicated to them was recently placed the hut Luigi Amedeo who was on the wall of the Matterhorn.
